Telonics Factory Racing is an independently owned and operated company located in
Lake Forest, California. Our primary focus is on manufacturing a high-performance
ammonia-free tire sealant.
The development and testing of our formula commenced in the spring of 2020 at a small
bike shop in Laguna Beach, California. Local test riders, including those who visited the
shop for service, such as THE Laguna Rads and Troy Lee — knowing and unknowingly —
participateD in the testing process.
Laguna Canyon emerged as an ideal testing location due to its steep, fast, and rugged
trails. Telonics is renowned globally for its extreme steepness, speed, and roughness,
making it a classic Southern California downhill trail. Situated in the Laguna Beach /
Aliso and Wood Canyons region of Southern California, Telonics has long been utilized by
local and professional mountain bikers, including factory teams like Intense Factory
Racing, for preseason and gravity training.
Our commitment lies in developing a premium tire sealant that consistently performs
exceptionally well under demanding riding conditions. We will continue to refine and
test our formulas to achieve this goal.

All test tires maintain riding pressure without using plugs, and are consistently test-ridden. Our current MTB test tire has sustained 17 punctures and is currently being evaluated on our TURBO Levo 4 shop bike.

For optimal performance, we recommend visually inspecting the
sealant in your tires every 7 to 12 weeks to monitor liquid levels.
